MedHealth is a clinic operations platform built for small OPD-focused clinics, consolidating patient communication, prescription tracking, appointment booking, and business reporting into one system across four role-specific portals. Built end-to-end as both developer and architect, it replaces the typical patchwork of WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets with a structured, real-time digital layer.
Small OPD clinics typically manage patient care across disconnected tools, creating communication gaps and zero operational visibility. MedHealth brings patients, clinicians, management, and admins into one platform, each with a dedicated portal scoped to their exact workflow. Patients access records and message the care team, clinicians write prescriptions and referral notes directly in the system, management tracks live clinical and operational reports with CSV export, and admins control access and monitor activity through an audit log. Row-level security on the backend ensures every role only sees what they are permitted to, while real-time database updates keep all four portals in sync. The outcome is a lightweight but structured system that gives small clinics the operational clarity of enterprise software without the cost or complexity.
